Every morning, a two-minute prompt: what shipped yesterday, what's in flight today, anything blocked. sparQ pulls in your recent tasks from Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Linear so nobody retypes them.

About sparQ

Is sparQ a PM tool replacement?+
No. sparQ is a team coordination tool that works alongside your PM tool. PM tools like Jira and Asana hold your plans. sparQ holds your team's daily reality: who's around, what's blocked, the async standup, what shipped. The two work together, and most teams keep both.
Is sparQ like Slack?+
Different job. Slack is where the team talks. sparQ is where the team coordinates: async standups, who's around, what's blocked, what shipped. Most teams use both. sparQ can post standup digests and blocker alerts into Slack channels so the two stay in sync.
What does sparQ integrate with?+
Slack, Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Linear, Microsoft Teams, and Notion. The async standup pulls your recent work items from the PM tool into the prompt, and the digest is posted back to your Slack channel or the host tool's activity feed. Blockers sync bidirectionally. Focus mode silences notifications across the host tool. PTO shows up on assigned tickets. Some of these are live today, others are actively rolling out as we evolve the platform.
How long does team onboarding take?+
Under 10 minutes for most teams. You create a teamspace, invite your team by email, and everyone sets their status on the In/Out board. The first round of async updates usually goes out the same morning. There's no training required. The product is that straightforward.
What's the team size limit?+
sparQ is designed for teams of 5–12 operating as a single unit with a shared daily cadence. The soft limit is 8 members per teamspace, hard limit is 12. That's intentional. sparQ is purpose-built for tight, high-efficiency teams, not enterprise org charts. Larger organizations use multiple teamspaces, one per operational unit.

Pricing and billing

Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The free version requires no credit card and no commitment. When you're ready for a paid plan, we'll ask you to enter a payment method.
How does pricing work after the trial?+
Paid pricing is based on team size, not feature tier. You'll never hit a paywall on a feature you've already been using. We'll share exact pricing before paid plans go live and give you plenty of notice.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, always. Cancellation is self-serve. No retention calls, no forms, no questions asked. If you cancel an annual plan, we'll prorate the balance back.

Data and security

Is our team's data isolated from other teams?+
Completely. Every teamspace is isolated at the database level. Your team's data is never co-mingled with another organization's, not even in shared infrastructure. It's a hard architectural rule, not a configuration option.
Can we export our data?+
Yes, any time. Export is entirely self-serve. You don't need to ask us for help or permission. Your data belongs to you and you can take it with you whenever you want.
