Acceptable Use Policy

Effective April 21, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the sparQ platform and related services provided by remarQable LLC.

1. Permitted Use

You may use sparQ for any lawful business or personal purpose, including:

  • Managing team operations, updates, and communication
  • Tracking action items, blockers, and team presence
  • Storing and sharing documents and notes within your teamspace

2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Harmful Activity

  • Use sparQ to store, transmit, or process illegal content
  • Use sparQ or its communication features to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages
  • Use sparQ to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
  • Use sparQ to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Platform Integrity

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the sparQ platform or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without written authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the sparQ platform
  • Access or scrape the platform using automated means (bots, crawlers) without written permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to sparQ to third parties outside of normal teamspace collaboration

Trademark and Branding

  • Use the sparQ name, logos, or trademarks to imply endorsement by or affiliation with remarQable LLC
  • Register or use domain names that incorporate sparQ trademarks

3. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to dev@remarqable.io.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Warning or temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Legal action to protect remarQable LLC's rights and the safety of other users
