sparQ is a team coordination tool for small teams: the persistent, real-time picture of how a team is operating today. It sits alongside the project management tool the team already uses, not against it. In the language of integration architecture, sparQ is the system of engagement for daily team cadence, and the PM tool remains the system of record for planning and reporting.

The daily ritual is the async standup. Every morning, each teammate answers a short prompt (what shipped yesterday, what is in flight today, anything blocked) and sparQ compiles a team digest that posts to whatever channel the team already uses: Slack, Teams, or the host PM tool's activity feed. Around that core, sparQ provides an In/Out board for presence, first-class Blockers with owners and nudge cadences, a Focus mode that silences host-tool notifications, an EOD digest compiled from the day's activity, PTO and time-off tracking, and a team directory with roles and ownership.

sparQ integrates with Slack, Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Linear, Microsoft Teams, and Notion, pulling context from the host tool and posting summaries back to it. Some of these integrations are live today; others are actively rolling out as sparQ evolves the platform.
